My package did arrive later than expected, so that was a bit frustrating in the moment. That said, once it got here, everything was in good shape and nothing was damaged. Overall, the delivery experience was just okay

I had to follow up twice just to get an update on my return, which kind of makes you wonder what would’ve happened if I hadn’t chased them. The replies eventually came through, but they were slow and didn’t really answer much. Not the best customer service experience, honestly

I ordered my usual size and somehow the shirt was super tight, but the sleeves were weirdly long?? The size chart didn’t really help either. Returning it was kind of a hassle, so yeah... I don’t think I’ll be buying clothes from there again.

I used to really like shopping at Giordano, but lately the designs on the site just feel kind of plain. A lot of the shirts and pants look like things I’ve seen there years ago, just in new colors (which isn’t always bad, but it starts to feel repetitive).
The website itself is easy enough to browse, so that part was fine. I just didn’t find many pieces that felt fresh or modern, and I ended up leaving without buying anything (which doesn’t usually happen for me)

I spotted a few things I wanted and immediately went to grab them, but of course my sizes were already out. Super frustrating in the moment. The stuff is cute, but the restocks take a little too long, so it’s kind of a gamble.

I ordered a jacket because I needed something a little warmer for weekend errands and walking the dog in the evenings, but when it showed up, the sizing was way off. I’m usually easy to fit, so I was surprised, and then trying to figure out the return instructions just made it worse. They weren’t clear at all, and I ended up emailing twice before anyone finally got back to me.
The exchange process wasn’t any better. They kept asking me for photos and order details I had already sent, which felt like I was just going in circles. After all that, they told me the size I wanted was out of stock anyway. I’m still waiting on the refund, the whole thing has been frustrating enough that I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I bought a polo from giordano.com the quality was disappointing. After just one wash, the fabric felt rough and the color already looked faded. The stitching also seems kinda loose, which is not what I expected for the price. Idk, I really thought it would be better. Probably not buying again.

The discounts are fine, I guess, but nothing amazing. I was hoping for a bit more value. What bothered me more was how hard it was to get any actual human contact when I had a question. Everything felt automated, and it would’ve been nice to just talk to a real person

i mean, the clothes are decent for what you pay, and the prices aren’t too bad. The quality is kind of hit or miss though, some pieces feel totally worth it, while others not so much. I’d probably buy from them again, but only if there’s a sale.

The checkout process also felt a bit unclear, especially when I wasn’t sure at first whether my payment had actually gone through. I get that websites can have issues sometimes, but as a customer, it should feel smoother and more reliable than this. I don’t think I’d use the site again unless they improve the experience.
